Services may vary based on location, scheduling availability, and client needs.

Estimates & Pricing

Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the request.

Additional charges may apply if:

The scope of work changes

Additional materials or labor are required

Site conditions differ from those originally described

Access restrictions delay completion

We will communicate any material changes before completing additional work whenever reasonably possible.

Scheduling

Stone River makes every effort to complete services within the requested timeframe.

Scheduling is subject to:

Weather conditions

Property accessibility

Material availability

Safety considerations

Estimated service dates are not guarantees.

Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that authorized access to the property is available at the scheduled time.

Stone River is not responsible for delays caused by:

Locked properties without access

Missing lockboxes

Incorrect property information

Occupied properties when vacant access was expected

Unsafe conditions

Completion Documentation

When applicable, Stone River provides completion documentation that may include:

Completion photos

Service notes

Work summaries

Property observations

Documentation is intended for informational purposes and should be reviewed promptly upon receipt.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time services are scheduled.

Invoices are due according to the agreed payment terms.

Late payments may result in:

Suspension of future services

Additional administrative fees where permitted by law

Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us as soon as possible.

Stone River reserves the right to charge a service fee for late cancellations or appointments where technicians are unable to complete work due to circumstances outside of our control.

Service Limitations

Stone River performs services using commercially reasonable workmanship and professional standards.

We cannot guarantee:

Manufacturer product performance

Existing hardware condition

Third-party repairs

Damage caused by pre-existing defects

Issues unrelated to services performed

Warranty

Where applicable, workmanship warranties apply only to services performed directly by Stone River.

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the respective manufacturer.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Abuse

Misuse

Unauthorized modifications

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by third parties
